Workshops and Courses

The Mountain View Society for Life Long Learning has closed its operation as of June 1, 2007. The struggle to fulfill the mandate and to recruit new board members in the past three years has made it inevitable to dissolve the society.

The individual communities in the Mountain View County will continue to offer programming and adult learning opportunities as part of their mandates.

Sundre is planning to provide general interest courses such as, Firearm Safety courses, Spanish, arts and craft courses on an as needed basis. If interested people come forward, efforts will be made to find appropriate instructors and facilities.
